Welcome to Wealthist. By accessing or using this website or any service offered through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. About Wealthist

Wealthist LLC ("Wealthist," "we," "our," or "us") is a Florida limited liability company that operates a financial technology and marketing platform. Wealthist is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, insurance company, or law firm. We do not provide investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice.

Wealthist acts as a solicitor for Accurate Advisory Group, a registered investment adviser in the state of Florida, pursuant to a written solicitor agreement under applicable federal (SEC Rule 206(4)-3) and Florida (F.A.C. 69W-600.0132) securities regulations. Wealthist may receive compensation for referring individuals to Accurate Advisory Group. By submitting an intake form and acknowledging the referral disclosure, you consent to this arrangement.

2. Solicitor Disclosure

In accordance with SEC Rule 206(4)-3 and Florida law, Wealthist discloses the following:

• Wealthist has entered into a written solicitor agreement with Accurate Advisory Group.
• Wealthist will receive compensation from Accurate Advisory Group for each qualified referral that results in an advisory relationship.
• This compensation creates a financial incentive for Wealthist to refer you to Accurate Advisory Group. You are not obligated to engage Accurate Advisory Group's advisory services as a result of receiving a snapshot.
• The fees you pay to Accurate Advisory Group, if you become a client, are not increased as a result of the referral compensation arrangement.
• Accurate Advisory Group's Form ADV, which describes its advisory services, fees, and conflicts of interest, is available at adviserinfo.sec.gov.

3. AI-Assisted Snapshot — Disclosure

The personalized financial snapshot delivered to your email is generated using artificial intelligence tools (Claude, by Anthropic) and is reviewed for accuracy and appropriateness by a fiduciary advisor at Accurate Advisory Group before or promptly after delivery. The snapshot is:

• For informational purposes only — it does not constitute investment advice, a personalized financial plan, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
• Based on the range-based inputs you provided — it is not a comprehensive financial analysis and may not reflect your complete financial situation.
• Not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax advice tailored to your specific circumstances.

You should not make significant financial decisions based solely on the snapshot. Wealthist and Accurate Advisory Group are not liable for actions taken based on the snapshot's content.

4. No Investment Advice from Wealthist

Nothing on this website, in any email sent by Wealthist, or in any tool or calculator on the platform constitutes investment advice from Wealthist. Calculators and projections are illustrative only and use assumed rates of return that are not guaranteed. Past performance is not indicative of future results. All investing involves risk, including the risk of loss of principal.

5. Use at Your Own Risk

You agree that your use of this platform and any content or tools provided through it is at your own risk. Wealthist makes no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wealthist, its members, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform or any content or services provided through it. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and even if Wealthist has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when completing intake forms. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate any person, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

8. Third-Party Advisory Services

By submitting the snapshot intake form and acknowledging the referral disclosure, you agree that your contact information and the financial range data you provided will be shared with Accurate Advisory Group to facilitate your request for advisory services. The advisory relationship, if any, that you enter into with Accurate Advisory Group will be governed by Accurate Advisory Group's own client agreement and Form ADV. Wealthist is not a party to that relationship and has no control over the advisory services provided.

9. Communications and Unsubscribe

By submitting your email address, you consent to receive the snapshot email and related communications from Wealthist and Accurate Advisory Group regarding the services you requested. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting privacy@getwealthist.com.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, and tools — is the property of Wealthist LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

Wealthist reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the Effective Date above when changes are made. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
