Privacy Policy

Wealthist LLC ("Wealthist," "we," "our," or "us") operates a financial technology platform that connects individuals with registered investment advisory services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information, including nonpublic personal information (NPI) as defined under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). It also discloses our referral relationship with Accurate Advisory Group as required under applicable federal and Florida securities law.

1. Who We Are

Wealthist LLC is a Florida-registered technology and marketing company. We are not a registered investment adviser and do not provide investment advice. Investment advisory services available through our platform are provided solely by Accurate Advisory Group, a registered investment adviser in the state of Florida.

Wealthist acts as a solicitor for Accurate Advisory Group pursuant to a written solicitor agreement. Wealthist may receive compensation for referring individuals to Accurate Advisory Group. This compensation arrangement may create a conflict of interest — we disclose it here and at the point of referral so you can make an informed decision.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Contact information — name, email address
• Financial range data — age band, annual household income range, investable assets range, primary financial goal, time horizon
• Communication preferences — whether you have requested an introductory call
• Usage data — pages visited, referral source (UTM parameters), browser type, IP address
• Marketing attribution — campaign identifiers, partner firm identifiers

We collect only ranges, not exact figures. We never request your Social Security number, account numbers, tax returns, or login credentials at any stage of the intake process.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver your snapshot — We use AI-assisted analysis tools, reviewed by a fiduciary advisor at Accurate Advisory Group, to generate a personalized financial snapshot and deliver it to your email address.
• To facilitate the advisory referral — With your explicit consent (obtained at the time of form submission), we share your intake information with Accurate Advisory Group so their advisors can prepare and contextualize your snapshot.
• To communicate with you — We may send transactional emails (your snapshot, follow-up correspondence from your assigned advisor). We will not enroll you in marketing newsletters without a separate opt-in.
• To improve our platform — Aggregated, de-identified usage data helps us improve the Wealthist service.

4. Sharing Your Information — GLBA Disclosure

Federal law (the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, 15 U.S.C. § 6801 et seq.) requires us to tell you how we share nonpublic personal information (NPI). We share your NPI only in the following circumstances:

a) Referral to Accurate Advisory Group (with your consent)

When you submit the snapshot intake form and check the acknowledgment box, you expressly consent to Wealthist sharing your NPI — including your name, email, financial range data, and stated goal — with Accurate Advisory Group for the purpose of preparing your personalized financial snapshot and any follow-on advisory relationship. This sharing is disclosed to you at the point of collection.

b) Service Providers

We use the following categories of service providers who may process your data on our behalf, subject to data processing agreements that restrict their use of your information:

• Email delivery (Resend, Inc.) — for sending your snapshot and advisor correspondence
• AI processing (Anthropic, PBC) — for generating the initial snapshot content
• Analytics (Google Analytics) — for aggregated usage data; IP addresses are anonymized
• Web hosting infrastructure

These providers are not permitted to use your NPI for their own marketing purposes.

c) Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or valid government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wealthist, our users, or the public.

d) What We Do Not Do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your NPI to any unaffiliated third party for their own marketing purposes. The sharing described above is limited to what is necessary to deliver the services you requested.

5. Your Right to Opt Out

Under GLBA, you have the right to opt out of certain sharing of your NPI with nonaffiliated third parties. Because we share your information with Accurate Advisory Group only with your explicit consent at the time of submission, the standard opt-out right is satisfied by not checking the acknowledgment box. If you have already submitted your information and wish to request that it not be shared with Accurate Advisory Group, please contact us at privacy@getwealthist.com within 30 days of submission.

6. Email Communications and Unsubscribe

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking that link will immediately remove your email address from all Wealthist marketing and snapshot communications. Unsubscribing does not delete any information already shared with Accurate Advisory Group; to request deletion of that information, contact Accurate Advisory Group directly.

7. Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA)

Wealthist complies with Florida Statute § 501.171. In the event of a data breach that reasonably affects Florida residents, we will notify affected individuals within 30 days of determining a breach has occurred, as required by law. We also maintain reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

8. Data Retention

We retain your intake information for as long as necessary to deliver the services you requested and to comply with applicable legal obligations, typically no more than seven years. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us; we will honor the request to the extent not prohibited by law or ongoing regulatory obligations.

9. Security

Wealthist uses encrypted connections (TLS), secure hosting infrastructure, and access controls to protect your personal information. Only authorized personnel have access to NPI, and we review our security practices regularly.

10. Children

Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the Effective Date above. If changes materially affect how we handle your NPI, we will notify you by email if you have an active account or if you submitted information within the preceding 12 months.
